Nathaniel Ang Boon Han
My name is Nathaniel Ang and I am thirteen years old. I like swimming, music and reading. But most of all, I like math puzzles. If I start on a book of puzzles, I would find it hard to put it down. My family and friends often test me with difficult or tricky questions and I love such challenges. I would spend much of my free time doing puzzles, especially mathematical puzzles. So when I was given the opportunity to write my very own story, I just had to include some math puzzles in them. And I chose a murder mystery theme to fit my puzzles in. Writing is not one of my strengths, but writing a story on a familiar topic made it easier for me to come up with the ideas and for the words to flow. I have gained much from the experience, and I hope you young readers enjoy my story.
