Akshaya Mukund
I first started reading when I was 9. My love for reading evolved into writing, and by the time I had turned 11, I had written a collection of simple, 4-verse poems. I had however, not written any full-fledged books yet. When I turned 13, I stumbled across the Young Author Scheme. I took the opportunity and worked on an idea that had been brewing in my mind for a while. That is the story I named ‘Truthful Lies’ and submitted for the YAA. I had not expected to get this far at such a young age, but now that I have, I’m glad it was with the Young Author Scheme.
