How do I register for a account?
1. Just proceed your book purchase as normal.
2. In the checkout under billing details please checkbox “Create an account”.
3. Enter the password and proceed to click on checkout.
I cannot log in to my account or forget my password, what should I do?
1. You can click on “Forget Password”.
2. We will send a link to your email address allowing you to reset password. Then you can log in to your account with the new password.
How do I change the information in my account?
To change the information in your account, you can log in to your account, choose Setting, and edit anything you want (e.g. address, phone number, email).
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
You do not need an account to make a purchase. You have the option to check out as a guest.
Order
How do I place an order?
1. Click on BOOKS in the menu
2. To filter your finding, use Search by clicking on “Magnifying Glass icon” in the top right of the page or click on the Categories
3. Select your order by clicking ADD TO CART
4. To view the product detail simply click VIEW when hover over the product image
5. To view the cart, simply click on the CART on top of the page
6. Update/edit the cart by clicking VIEW CART
7. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT once the order is correct
8. Enter the billing and delivery information or login your account to purchase
9. Click on the Proceed to Paypal to make payment
10. After successful payment in paypal, an email will sent you the order receipt and download link if applicable.
Can I Self Collect my Order?
Note: This is only applicable for paperback book product. For self collection, you may place the order online and select the “Local Pickup (Free)” option under ‘Shipping’ before you confirm the order.
Once your order is processed, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready for self-collection. Kindly allow our operations staff 3-5 few working days to do so.
Collection address: 261 Waterloo Street #03-08 Waterloo Centre Singapore 180261 and is open Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays, from 10am- 5pm.
How do I download my digital product in my order?
Note: This is only applicable for digital product. You will place receive your invoice/order confirmation via email once your payment is successful. Look for clickable link to download your digital product. Please download the product within a week before it’s expired.
Also look out in your spam folder, the order confirmation email may went there. Thanks you and enjoy reading!

Either paypal or credit card payments in the form of Mastercard, Visa, and Discover in paypal.

How much is the Delivery Fee?
Delivery fee will depend on the weight of the item or the total weight of the order. The maximum weight limit per order is 2kg.

What is your return policy?
All Sales are final. catherinekhoo.sg has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances below:
Incorrectly received items purchased from catherinekhoo.sg can be returned for refund within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be replaced.
In order to be eligible for a return, you must email catherine@catherinekhoo.sg.
Special Circumstances:
Seller Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at catherine@catherinekhoo.sg, within 15 days of receiving and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Images of incorrect product may be required, and call tags will be issued prior to the replacement shipping.
Defective items: If you receive an item with any defect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Images are required and all replacements are subject to our customer service discretion.
