Biography
Tanvi Nayegandhi
Tanvi has always had a vivid imagination and innate flair for writing stories. Her Teachers, over the years have encouraged and remarked on her having a natural Writer’s Voice. Tanvi is also an avid reader and particularly interested in books on social issues.
I am very excited to be a part of the young author’s award scheme and I think it is a great platform to encourage young writers like me to express themselves. I am thankful and thrilled to be shortlisted as one of the finalists this year.
To me, writing is an extension of my inner voice and things I feel strongly about such as social issues. I hope when people read my stories I can convince them to also think about the social issues that plague our world.
I am inspired by some of the leading thinkers of our age and hope to one day inspire people with my writing.
