Growing up, I would always watch my grandparents make traditional Chinese delicacies such as Zongzi and fried noodles. I never thought much about it, but through working on this book, I’ve realized how much history is behind these popular dishes. I even got to try my hand at making one, and it gave me an insight into what preparing traditional delicacies is like. My culinary journey has been a fun and exciting one.
