I am an indiscriminate reader; you can also call me a bookworm. I read all sorts of things, from stories to biographies, to news and even instruction manuals.

I dream of being an author when I grow up. I love writing compositions in school and sometimes would give my story a twist or an unexpected ending. Being an author was only a thought until Janus Education came along and I wrote my first story with them.

When I was in P4, I saw my friend change from being a chirpy boy to a quiet boy after losing his father in a hiking accident. After reading about the MH370 incident in the newspapers, I felt the life of many people would be affected. It inspired me to write about a story of desperation, hope and acceptance.
The YAS has encouraged lots of young writers to start writing their first book.
