Hi! My name is Ken Ji Khoo, and I am thirteen years old. Currently, I am studying at Gems International School Metroparks Ever since young I loved to read, from The Famous Five to Percy Jackson I have read all of them. I was fascinated by the way these authors could write to make their stories so interesting, exciting to the readers.
The opportunity to participate in the Young Authors workshop gave me a chance to learn and explore the way author writes. From the genres of a story to the ways we could rile the readers in. Writing allows me to be creative and express myself better through my own words without being criticized by others as it is my own story to tell.
