To me, apart from cooking being a life skill, it is also my greatest joy and I find that cooking is something anyone can pick up and enjoy! This is a book of my journey in exploring food from my heritage, and a journey of learning more about my parents and their heritage. Writing this book has given me an opportunity to discover much more about my parents and their growing-up years.
