Hi, my name’s Kanchanaa Pulanthran and I’m from Rawang, Malaysia. I was 13 when I wrote my story; The Forgotten Reflection. I was inspired by the Land of Stories by Chris Colfer. I also got the idea using my crazy imagination skills. No seriously the things I like to imagine of are wild and crazy… .kinda like me!

Some may say that their interest in writing sparked because of reading a certain book or because a certain someone told them to do so. My reason however is slightly different. It was never my dream to write when I was small, it was my father’s dream instead.
He always loved writing and thought I had the talent to do so to. I was 10 years old when he passed away and that’s when I decided to start writing. Not for me, but for him. I’m very sure I’ve made him proud ☺
